Vesa Aho Appointed Pohjola Group's CFO
Vesa Aho (M.Sc. (Econ. & Bus. Adm.)), aged 36, will take up his duties as
Pohjola Group's CFO on 1 March 2011. His areas of responsibility cover business
control, central banking and Group treasury, investor relations, business
intelligence, capital management and strategies and projects.
He has been employed by Pohjola Group since 2001, and is currently head
Pohjola's Credit Risk department. Prior to that, he has, for example, worked as
an auditor.
Jouko Pölönen, Pohjola Group's current CFO, was already earlier appointed
President of Pohjola Insurance Ltd.
