Vancouver, British Columbia, March 3, 2011. Kent Exploration, symbol KEX on the
TSX Venture Exchange, has received conditional approval from the TSX Venture
Exchange for the listing of Archean Star Resources as a Tier 2 mining issuer.

Archean Star was recently spun off to shareholders of Kent Exploration, whereby
shareholders of Kent received 1 share of Archean Star for every 4 shares of Kent
Exploration owned on the record date of January 28(th).
Archean Star assumes Kent's interest in the Gnaweeda gold property in Western
Australia, with Kent retaining all the other properties in New Zealand, United
States and Canada.
Archean Star now has the option agreement with Teck Australia to earn a 100%
interest in the Gnaweeda property, subject to a 75% back-in right to Teck.
In conjunction with the proposed listing, Archean announced it is conducting a
non-brokered private placement for 1 million units at $0.25. Each unit will
consist of one common share and one warrant to purchase an additional share at
$0.35 for 12 months.
