NEW MANAGING DIRECTOR FOR KAUKOMARKKINAT LTD

Jukka Nieminen (age 41), Master of Science (Tech), has been appointed as the
new Managing Director of Kaukomarkkinat Ltd, part of Aspo Group, as of August
8, 2011. He succeeds Jari-Pekka Lehmuskoski (age 54) who will continue
as Managing Director until August 8, 2011, when he will start as Business
Director of the electronics division.
Jukka Nieminen has previously worked in several international management tasks.
He is currently the Managing Director of the Germany-based REHAU, a supplier of
innovations and systems in construction and industry. Before that, he was the
CEO of Naps Systems, a specialist in customized and innovative solar electricity
solutions, as well as the Vice President of Marioff Corporation Oy's Land
Division.
