Unique service offering brings significant cost savings
to corporate customers
Helsinki, April 5, 2011 - Stonesoft, an innovative provider of integrated
network security and business continuity solutions, has expanded its partnered
offering with OptimeSys to include virtual security implementation, maintenance
and internal network monitoring services. OptimeSys, a specialist company
focused on producing information security is the first company in Finland to
offer such a complete security service package. This new solution will help
large organizations requiring a high level of security achieve significant
hardware savings, overcome resource constraints and increase overall security
effectiveness.
Today's organizations - especially those with complex security requirements,
such as hospitals, banks and insurance companies - are challenged to implement
effective security solutions that go beyond traditional firewall deployments

In response to this challenge, Stonesoft and OptimeSys have created a turnkey
service concept where OptimeSys provides Stonesoft's StoneGate network security
solutions as a service including implementation, management, monitoring,
maintenance and reporting. This package extends beyond the firewall to include
IPS/IDS internal network monitoring service, which protects vulnerable
applications, operating systems and databases. The service offering is unique in
Finland.
