CLARIFICATION TO STATEMENT AT ALDATA'S AGM HELD ON 7(TH) APRIL 2011
During the business review presentation, reference was made to a strategic and
significant business agreement made in the US during 2010, on which the company
has already publically communicated.
The project is expected to last between two and three years, and contains
business risks and uncertainties associated with a software implementation
project of this kind, including risks pertaining to knowledgeable project
management, ability to find sufficient project resources, customer's co-
operation and acceptance, as well as potential delays.
Therefore Aldata is following its normal prudent policy on accounting treatment
for this contract and the impact of this agreement has already been fully
incorporated into the company's current guidance.
