The board of directors of Thin Film Electronics ASA approved the annual report
and the annual financial statements for 2010 on 7 April 2011. The report and the
financial statements are in accordance with the interim report dated 18 February
2011. The board does not propose a dividend.
The board resolved to call the annual general meeting to be held on 10 May 2011
for consideration and resolution of the usual matters and also the proposed
issue of warrants A and B as outlined in connection with the private placement
on 1 October 2010. The notice of the annual general meeting will be issued in
due course.
