Golar LNG Energy Limited ("Golar Energy" or the "Company") today announces the
following transactions by primary insiders.
World Shipholding Limited, a company indirectly controlled by trusts established
by Golar LNG Energy Limited Director John Fredriksen, for the benefit of his
immediate family, has agreed to sell 33,540,153 Golar Energy shares to Golar LNG
Limited in exchange for one Golar LNG Limited share for every 6.06 Golar Energy
shares held, approximately equal to $5 per share.
Drew Investments Limited, a Company controlled by Golar Energy Chairman Tor Olav
Troim, has agreed to sell 1,716,120 shares to Golar LNG Limited in exchange for
one Golar LNG Limited share for every 6.06 Golar Energy shares held,
approximately equal to $5 per share.
