Fischer-Watt has an extensive package of uranium exploration properties covering
over 18,000 acres in Wyoming, South Dakota, and Arizona.
Basic surveys have been completed on much of the ground and drilling has been
carried out in selected areas of the Wyoming and Arizona claims bring these
areas to a more advanced stage of exploration. The most advanced of the areas is
the Cyclone Rim in central Wyoming where about 100 holes have been drilled,
sampled and electronically logged and an extensive area of uranium "roll-front
style" mineralization has been delineated. In a recent report, the company's
independent consultant stated that this extensive property has the potential to
host uranium U(3)O(8 )mineralization in a range of between 10 to 40 million
pounds.
Fischer-Watt controls 100% of all its claims, subject to an optional 30%
contributing working interest after a feasibility study has been prepared. The
claims are not encumbered by any payments or royalties other than Federal and
State maintenance fees and royalties.
