Outokumpu and Bo Annvik, Executive Vice President - Specialty Stainless, have
mutually agreed that he will leave his current position and the Group Executive
Committee on 30 June 2011. Mr Annvik has decided to pursue his career outside of
Outokumpu. His employment at the company will end on 31 December 2011. Jamie
Allan, Executive Vice President - Supply Chain Management and member of the
Group Executive Committee, will temporarily assume Mr Annvik's duties until a
successor has been appointed. In the meantime Mr Allan's current duties will be
managed by the supply chain organisation.
