Munich, Germany. August 30, 2011 – TPG The Project Group announced today that TPG® is a protected brand name throughout Europe and the USA with immediate effect. The company has registered its three-letter trademark with the Office of Harmonization for the internal market (OHIM), the European Union agency for trademarks that are valid in all 27 EU countries, due to its ongoing growth in international markets. The word mark is protected in the context of computer programs and software for project, resource and time management as well as for training and consulting services. This enables TPG, a full-service provider of enterprise-wide project management, to be sure that its acronym can only be associated with its own products and services.
