PI Financial acted as agent on PJX Resources' IPO, which consisted of
10,500,000 common shares priced at $0.20, and 1,600,000 flow-through shares
priced at $0.25 per share, raising the company gross proceeds of $2,500,000.
PJX has four gold properties in the Cranbrook area of British Columbia. The
Dewdney Trail Property is the company's primary focus, which also served as the
company's qualifying transaction for its new TSX Venture listing. A NI 43-101

As the report indicates, the key economic driver is target size of the rock
unit: 100 metres by over 5,000 metres. The rock unit contains pockets of visible
gold as well as anomalous gold values throughout the unit. Given the pervasive
nature of the alteration, and the close spacing of veins, there is potential for
a bulk-tonnage type deposit.
The Dewdney Trail Property, located 29 km north-west of Cranbrook, covers more
than 13,000 hectares. Although this historical mining district has produced
abundant placer gold over the years, no one has ever located the bedrock source.
There are 5 primary mineralized zones on the Dewdney Trail Property - the
Spirit, Tac, Lewis, Jack Leg and Dew Drop. However, the 2 zones of greatest
importance and interest are the Spirit and Lewis showings, where anomalous gold
values as high a 15 grams per tonne have been obtained in grab samples, along
with significant visible gold that has been documented from surface exposures.
The shares currently trade at $0.20, and with approximately 25.3 million shares
outstanding, the company is capitalized at $5 million.
