(Thomson Reuters ONE) - CapMan Plc Stock exchange announcement 16 October 2009 9.30 a.m.B-shares subscribed with stock options 2003B in CapMan PlcA total of 40,500 B-shares in CapMan Plc have been subscribed forwith stock options 2003B on 15 September 2009. The share subscriptionprice was EUR 1.19 per share with stock options 2003B. The sharesubscription price will be recorded in the Company's investedunrestricted shareholders' equity. The share subscription period forstock options 2003B began in October 2007. The stock option scheme isbased on the resolution by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholderson 9 April 2003.These B-shares, 40,500 in total, have been entered into the TradeRegister on 16 October 2009. As a result of the increase, the numberof the Company's B-shares is 77,715,465.
