Oncopeptides AB appoints Jakob Lindberg as CEO

STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN - October 21, 2011. Oncopeptides AB, a Karolinska Development
AB portfolio company, today announced the appointment of Jakob Lindberg as new
CEO. Mr. Lindberg holds a Med. Lic. in Molecular Immunology a MSc in pre-
clinical medicine from the Karolinska Institutet in Sweden and a BA in Finance
and Administration from the Stockholm University. He started his career as an
analyst with Merrill Lynch in London and moved to consultancy with McKinsey in
Stockholm, followed by a period in Gothenburg as CEO and co-founder of
Cellectricon AB. For the last six years, Jakob has been Vice President and
Venture Partner at Investor Growth Capital in Stockholm.

will greatly assist the company in the further development of its lead oncology
