KTM Advance is part of France top 50 Deloitte companies
Deloitte Technology Fast 50 programme is a ranking of the country's 50 fastest-growing technology companies (those who have the strongest growth in terms of turnover). The prize called « Rupture par les technologies » (Breaking through technology) rewards companies with technology that helps to get out of the credit crunch or set up new economic, management and social models.
The prize jury was prestigious (see board members) : Claudie Haigneré - former Minister, current President of the Cite des Sciences et de l’Industrie and board of directors of the Palais de la Decouverte - chaired the event.
KTM Advance received awards both nationally and internationally as it has also been ranked 266 in the UK’s Deloitte Technology Fast 500 event, in the "media/entertainment" category with an estimated growth of 635% over the last 5 years.
THE BOOM OF SERIOUS GAMES
KTM Advance Serious Games’ demand exploded in 2009. Moreover and as a result of the open tendering “Serious Game”, launched in the “digital” part of the economic revival plan, the French government chose 4 projects in partnership with KTM Advance.
To cope with the growing demand, KTM Advance launched the "KTM Advance kits»: Clever talk and Systems & Workflow. The latter are designed to make Serious Games more accessible. Indeed, they simplify production and shorten time while guaranteeing quality of the final result. Customers can feel relieved because kits offer a precise and quick idea of what the product will be.
A GROWING INTERNATIONAL PRESENCE
Leader on the French market for Serious Games, KTM Advance opened a new office in London, UK in November 2009 and will be arriving soon in the United States. Meanwhile, KTM Advance was involved in numerous exhibitions abroad such as EducaOnline in Berlin and Learntec 2009 in Karlsruhe, the last one and Learning Technologies in London also previewed for 2010.

The E-virtuosos in Lille: The convention of the Serious Games’ producers
The French Government call for tender for innovative digital projects created a dynamic atmosphere among the e-virtuosos of 2009 who adopted a strong position : we no longer talk about Serious Games in general, but their practical applications. KTM Advance, who is leader in the market for Serious Games, presented its latest achievements in 5 workshops.
ONLINE EDUCA BERLIN 2009
The Online Educa Berlin exhibition is the largest conference in the world dedicated to the practice of e-learning for business, education and training.
Robert Becker, Business Development Director, and Valérie Boudier, Knowledge Manager, held two conferences during which they returned to the experience of KTM Advance in Serious Games, including international projects with the BNP Paribas and Thales Groups. Valérie Boudier had the opportunity to interact with experts in the integration of pedagogy (and Knowledge Management) in Game Design.

Serious Game Expo is the “not-to-miss” exhibition to meet the best actors of Serious Games in France. KTM Advance presented its various Serious Games projects and held a conference called "Developing a Serious Game" where two of KTM Advance’s customers - Alliance Healthcare and BNP Paribas -returned to their experience of setting up a Serious Games with KTM Advance.
E-LEARNING IS NOT LEFT BEHIND
Even if the communication is currently focused on Serious Games, E-Learning is not left behind. KTM Advance develops contents, platforms and blended learning projects (mix on-site training with distance learning). Some of the relevant examples are the projects with HAS (High Authority for Health), and UCANSS (French National Health Service) in which KTM Advance has implemented an eLearning platform (LMS) and maintained a training support for more than 2 years now.
