B-shares subscribed with stock options 2003B in CapMan Plc
A total of 40,500 B-shares in CapMan Plc have been subscribed for
with stock options 2003B on 15 September 2009. The share subscription
price was EUR 1.19 per share with stock options 2003B. The share
subscription price will be recorded in the Company's invested
unrestricted shareholders' equity. The share subscription period for
stock options 2003B began in October 2007. The stock option scheme is
based on the resolution by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
on 9 April 2003.
These B-shares, 40,500 in total, have been entered into the Trade
Register on 16 October 2009. As a result of the increase, the number
of the Company's B-shares is 77,715,465. The shares have no nominal
value.
The new shares subscribed with stock options 2003B are entitled to
dividends and to other shareholder rights from the registration date,
i.e. as of 16 October 2009 onwards.
The shares have been applied for listing on NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd.
together with the old shares as of 19 October 2009.
A total of 40,500 B-shares in CapMan Plc have been subscribed for
with stock options 2003B by 15 September 2009.
