Reported revenue in 2015 :
CHF 814.5m, down 1.7% in constant currencies
Net result for the year expected higher
For the year 2015, consolidated revenue was CHF 814.5m compared with CHF
837.5m in 2014, a decrease of 2.7% at current exchange rates or 1.7% in
constant currencies.
For the whole year, the Group's consolidated adjusted(1)) revenue was CHF
873.8m compared with CHF 894.5m in 2014, a decrease of 1.1% at constant
exchange rates. The adjusted revenue from interdealer broking business (IDB)
was down 2.3% in constant currencies while the forex trading business for
retail investors in Japan (Non-IDB) was up 57.5%.
In the second half of the year consolidated adjusted revenue was down 4.4% in
constant currencies compared with the equivalent period in 2014.
Activity levels in the fourth quarter 2015 were weaker with reported
consolidated revenue of CHF 190.7m, down 9.9% in constant currencies from the
equivalent quarter last year. The Group's consolidated adjusted revenue was
CHF 204.5m, down 9.9% at constant exchange rates with IDB down 10.7% and Non-
IDB up 24.2%.
The Group's net result is however expected to be higher than last year,
following on from the results published at end of June 2015.
