On February 23, 24 and 25, 2010, SGS invites to participate in a free web seminar on detecting Hot Hydrogen Attack (HHA) using advanced Non-Destructive Testing methods.
Free Hot Hydrogen Attack (HHA) Webinar by SGS(firmenpresse) - On February 23, 24 and 25, 2010, SGS is offering a free webinar focusing on the usage of advanced Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods for the identification of Hot Hydrogen Attack (HHA).
The webinar will enable facility owners from different industrial fields to better understand the process of Hot Hydrogen Attack and to discuss the most efficient and accurate inspection methods offered by SGS Industrial Services for the detection of Hot Hydrogen Attack. Norbert Trimborn, Head of the Competence Center for Special NDT Examinations in the Netherlands, will explain the difference between HHA and Hot Hydrogen Induced Cracking (HIC). Furthermore, the web seminar will provide information on different inspection methods for parent material, welds and heat affected zones and will offer advice on what to do if damage caused by HHA is detected.
With the webinar offered by SGS, you can widen your knowledge on the detection and quantification of Hot Hydrogen Attack in just 60 minutes.
