Andreas Kupka is the new CEO at primion

Excellent expert in the industry/ previously at EVVA in Vienna

(firmenpresse) - Andreas Kupka is the new CEO of primion Technology AG. He is 47 years old and is regarded as an excellent expert in the industry.

During the past 25 years, he has been in a leading position in various well-known companies in the industry. Andreas Kupka has gained reputation above all by founding and building up the ABUS Security Center in Augsburg. Since 2011, he has been the Executive Vice President of EVVA Security Technology in Vienna where sales, marketing and products have been in his responsibility.

Andreas Kupka succeeds Horst Eckenberger, who had left the company at the end of February. In the meantime, CFO Jorge Pons had taken over the office of CEO in the interim.

The supervisory Board of primion Technology AG has now informed the staff about the personnel change and assured the new CEO of its full support. Eduardo Unzu, Group Managing Director of the parent company Azkoyen: "We are convinced that with Mr. Kupka we have brought an excellent expert in the industry, who will, with his knowledge and his 25 years’ experience, take primion’s business forward and consolidate and further improve our position in the European market."
