Passenger, a leading social software and services company providing private online community and Social CRM solutions, is using Oracle Database 11g, Oracle WebLogic Server 11g and Oracle Coherence to support the performance demands of its media-rich application.

The communities also play an integral role in facilitating brand-customer relationships and promoting greater customer advocacy.
