For the 3rd time in a row, CYLAD has been awarded in 2024 as one of the best employers in Germany, by the branding & evaluation portal kununu. This label measures the satisfaction of CYLAD’s employees with their work experience and environment.
This award is based on the evaluation of employees, who anonymously provide feedback along four key dimensions: career & salary, company culture, working environment, and diversity.
With an overall rating of 4.7/5, CYLAD is among the top 5% of companies listed on the kununu platform. This score positions the firm above the average score in the consulting field (3,9 points).
Among the criteria evaluated, 3 stand out particularly:
•the working atmosphere, rated 5/5 by employees,
•the interest of missions and subjects with 4.9/5,
•same for the salary and financial benefits offered.
In addition, an outstanding 100% of employees who provided feedback would recommend CYLAD as a company to work for.
