Darmstadt, 3 August 2010 - The Software AG Supervisory Board has established a new company governing body: the Group Executive Board (GEB). The GEB consists of four members from the current management board plus four divisional directors representing the operational management areas. Chairman of the Group Executive Board (GEB) is Karl-Heinz Streibich, CEO of Software AG.
