(PresseBox) - Rauchabzug bzw. Rauchabzugsaggregate in Lichtkuppeln waren bis vor einigen Jahren noch ein Thema, dass von der Pneumatik beherrscht wurde. Dem Einsatz von Elektromotoren stand häufig die hohen notwendigen Kräfte und die bei Elektromotoren damit verbundene hohe Stromaufnahme entgegen. Mit der innovativen Technik aus dem Hause Simon RWA können große Kuppel auch mit geringen Kräften bewegt werden. Schon mit einem Antrieb der 1.000N Nennkraft bereit stellt ist es möglich Kuppeln bis 150cm Seitenlänge zu betätigen. Und das alles selbstverständlich mit erforderlicher Schneelast von min. 500N/m² und bis zu dem erforderlichen Öffnungswinkel von 140°. Mit dem "Dome Lift" ist es gelungen den Wirkungsgrad solcher Traversensysteme in Lichtkuppeln auf ein Höchstmass zu steigern. Years ago the opener technology in domes was exclusively made with pneumatic cylinders. A problem with electric drives (actuators) was that the current for the demanded forces was to high. With the new technology Dome Lift Simon RWA create a real alternative for the pneumatic systems.
The use of 1000N actuator can be sufficient to handle a 150cm big dome as a smoke and heat system (SHEV). This force ensure the opening of 140°
opening angle as well as the additional force caused by the snow load on a dome. So with this new system Simon RWA offers a intelligent and innovative technology as alternative to pneumatic systems in domes.
