IBS Group Holding Limited: Russia's Top Bank Opts for IBS IT Services
as General Contractor of IT Project

IBS, a member company of IBS Group Holding Limited (IBSG), has been
selected general contractor of a SAP HR Human Capital Management (HCM)
implementation project for Sberbank, according to the official bidding
results published on the bank's website.
Sberbank of Russia is the biggest bank in Russia and the CIS. As of 1 July
2010 Sberbank ranked 43rd among the world's top banks in terms of Tier 1
capital, according to The Banker magazine.
The SAP HR HCM implementation project is part of Sberbank's ERP
Implementation programme, which is based on SAP ERP solutions. The project
will provide automation of all of Sberbank's HR functions including
personnel selection and recruitment, employee appraisal, performance,
training, travel, benefits, career and succession management. The new
system will also take over payroll, cost planning and compensation
administration functions.
The project is scheduled to last till end of 2014. By then, the SAP ERP HCM
module should process data on 250 thousand Sberbank employees including 7
thousand at the headquarters, 21 thousand in the bank's Moscow branch and
220 thousand in regional branches.
