Vegas77 Entertainment SE releases EUR 1 million for subsidiary
Amsterdam, 26 March 2011 - Vegas77 Entertainment SE (WKN: A1C8PY / ISIN:
DE000A1C8PY2 / Symbol: LCP) has announced the establishment of a
subsidiary, Vegas77 Media Ltd.
Vegas77 Media Ltd. is to coordinate online marketing for thevarious Vegas77
casinos with a common corporate identity. Vegas77 Media Ltd. will also be
responsible for support and invoicing for external publicity partners
('affiliates').
Vegas77 is planning the rapid release of EUR 1 million to allow its
subsidiary to launch business activities. This capital is to be used to
establish and develop the affiliate network. Pan-European cross-media
campaigns are also to be funded to address new target groups. Vegas77 is
hoping the integration of the existing affiliate network will generate
additional profits of nearly ten million euros.
Shares in Vegas77 Entertainment SE are being traded with WKN: A1C8PY /
ISIN: DE000A1C8PY2 / Symbol: LCP on the Deutsche Börse (Xetra and
Frankfurt) and was successfully launched on 3 March 2011 at a price of 8.00
euros. Shares are currently trading at 22.92 euros (18 March 2011) and thus
already 188 % higher that the initial opening price.
