Die PAMERA Asset Management GmbH hat für den Eigentümervertreter Feldberg Capital GmbH einen neuen Mietvertragüber eine Bürofläche von 1.800 m² im Officegarden Neu-Isenburg mit der SEIKO Instruments GmbH abgeschlossen.
PAMERA Asset Management GmbH, acting for the owner's representative Feldberg Capital GmbH, has agreed a new lease on 1,800 sq m of office space, in"Officegarden"Neu-Isenburg, to SEIKO Instruments GmbH.
Seiko Instruments erweitert mit diesem neuen Vertrag seine Büroflächen um 300 m² und bestätigt so die Attraktivität des Standortes Neu-Isenburg und des "Officegarden".
Die Büroimmobilie in der Siemensstraße 9 in Neu-Isenburg bietet eine Gesamtmietfläche von rund 9.700 m² und ist nun zu 78 % vermietet.
Frankfurt / Neu-Isenburg, 20 April 2011 - PAMERA Asset Management GmbH, acting for the owner's representative Feldberg Capital GmbH, has agreed a new lease on 1,800 sq m of office space, in "Officegarden" Neu-Isenburg, to SEIKO Instruments GmbH.
With the new lease, Seiko Instruments is expanding its office space by 300 sq m, confirming the attractiveness of Neu-Isenburg and the "Officegarden".
The office building, at Siemensstrasse 9 in Neu-Isenburg, has a total lettable area of around 9,700 sq m, which is now 78% let.
