3A FINANCE GROUP HAS DECIDED TO IMPLEMENT ITS MIDDLE EAST&AFRICA HEADQUARTERS IN CASABLANCA / MOROCCO
LONDON / ZURICH, April 21, 2011 - 3A Finance PLC (the 'Company' or '3A')
is pleased to announce that it has decided to implement its Middle East&Africa Headquarters in Casablanca / Morocco.
3A has designed several innovative financial services for the Middle East&African markets i.e.:
The 3A Trading Platform MEASSM (Middle East&Africa Secondary Share
Market) for private small&middle size companies in the region looking to
list their private shares on the market and trade them for the purpose to
turn their illiquid assets into cash.
The 3A Microcredit Program for private small&start-up companies in the
region that do not have sufficient assets to guarantee loans and looking to
access 3A Microloans.
The 3A Challenger Venture Capital Program for elite&innovative start-up
companies in the region, looking to raise capital against equity.
'After a detailed Market Study of our target market, we have determined
that the Kingdom of Morocco constitutes the perfect Gateway to the African
continent and to the Middle East region' stated Kacem Salah, Chief
Operations Officer of 3A Group. He added: ' Our decision to implement the
Group MEA Headquarters in Casablanca was purely based on facts and
determinations.' He continued: 'We are pleased to have very innovative
financial products&services with a noble aim to assist small&middle
size companies in these emerging regions to raise the necessary capital for
their expansion and growth, having said that, we would definitely be a
great instrument for boosting the economies of the emerging regions and we
