Amsterdam, Netherlands, May 26, 2011 - The company Curcas Oil N.V. finds it
regrettable, that Mr. Markus Bußler has failed to do any intensive research
in his article on the company, and has furthermore not directly spoken with
the company. A discussion with the company's CEO, Mr. Kurt Stüssi, would
have been able to have aided him with a clear, coherent picture of the
company's development to date, and also would have been enormously helpful
in clearing up any misunderstandings right from the start. The company took
in approximately 4 million Euros alone as a result of the capital increase
last year. Additional capital measures from previous years have further
provided for a solid capital base. The company will be releasing the test
results from the laboratory shortly.
