German Gref Elected President and Chairman of the Board of Sberbank of
Russia
June 3, 2011, Moscow - Sberbank of Russia (???: SBER,????: SBER03) informs
that German Oskarovich Gref has been elected President and Chairman of the
Board of Sberbank of Russia for a new term starting from November 29, 2011,
at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Sberbank.
German Gref started performing the functions of the President and Chairman
of the Board of Sberbank of Russia on November 29, 2007. He was first
elected President and Chairman of the Board of Sberbank of Russia at the
extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Sberbank of Russia held on
November 28, 2007.
