proprietary toolsets, eLexicon?, is now compliant with the industry standards
developed by TM Forum - eTOM (enhanced Telecom Operations Map) and TAM (TM
Forum Application Framework). This toolset is critical for providing Business
Assurance for service operators and in evaluating complex business and
operations processes such as service assurance, business process management,
revenue and cost management, billing and mediation.
