Minefinders tilgt 2011-Wandelanleihen
Zur Umwandlung der 2011-Anleihen mit einem Nennwert von 45,72 Millionen US-Dollar emittierte das Unternehmen 4.202.199 Stammaktien. Die restlichen Anleihen im Nennwert von 6,34 Millionen Dollar wurden bis zur Fälligkeit gehalten und bar durch einen Darlehensbetrag in Höhe von 6,34 Millionen Dollar und 0,14 Millionen Dollar Zinsen ausgeglichen.
Die im Oktober 2006 ausgegebenen und am 15. Dezember 2011 fälligen Anleihen mit einem Zinssatz von 4,5% besaßen einen Nennwert von 52,1 Millionen Dollar. Bei der Wahl der Anteilseigner waren die Anleihen im Verhältnis von 91,9118 Stammaktien je 1.000 Dollar Nennwert zum Betrag von 10,88 Dollar pro Aktie umwandelbar.
