On February 29, 2012, Wereldhave has sold an office building in Washington DC,
United States, for USD 147,5 mln, which represents a net yield of approx. 4.5%.
The net proceeds equal the book value as at December 31, 2011. The building at
801 9th Street in the centre of Washington DC, is fully let to the US-Mint
until 2019 and was acquired by Wereldhave in 2006.

Hans Pars, CEO Wereldhave N.V., explains: 'With this transaction we have set a
large first step in the divestment of our American property investments during
the next two to three years. The proceeds will be used for new acquisitions and
in house (re)development projects in Western Europe. As from 2012, Wereldhave
focuses on shopping centres in the Netherlands, Belgium, Finland and the United
Kingdom and offices in Paris and Madrid.'
