Scutum Capital AG, Munich: After the successful start of operation of the
first industrial reactor line in Drunen (NL) and an extensive trial run in
March 2012, samples of the recycled products Carbon Black, Oil and Gas were
taken. These samples were passed on to external, independent laboratories
and institutes in order to conduct material-tests and analysis.
The purpose of the tests was, on one hand, to determine if the chemical
composition of the single output-fractions met the results achieved by the
pilot reactor and, on the other hand, to conduct first rubber technological
examinations.
Niels Raeder, Member of the Board of Scutum Capital AG: 'The different test
results are now available and they confirm our expectations of the
Pyrolyx-technology. All of the recycled products met at least the quality
of the successful test results of the materials achieved by the
Pyrolyx-pilot-reactor in 2010. We can even proudly inform our shareholders,
that a majority of the single analysis led to the conclusion, that we were
able to further improve the quality of the recycled products. Starting in
May 2012, samples will be sent to leading international Carbon Black-,
Rubber- and tire-manufacturers for further product- and application-tests.
Starting on April 12, 2012, shares of Scutum Capital AG are officially
listed in the open market of the stock exchange in Düsseldorf. The lead
broker is Schnigge Wertpapierhandelsbank AG.
Scutum Capital AG owns all intellectual property related to the Pyrolyx
environmental technology, especially one patent application and specific
process know-how. This unique, innovative process in the field of
environmental technology is aimed at commercially recycling valuable raw
materials such as Carbon Black, oil and gas from common rubber resins that
are produced from old car tires. Under the domain www.pyrolyx.com detailed
information on the Pyrolyx environmental technology and on the spectrum of
Pyrolyx-services is available.
