Mobile Loyalty Releases Notice of Annual General Meeting
Malmö/Frankfurt/London, May 3, 2012. Mobile Loyalty releases notice of
Annual General Meeting to be held at 33 St. James's Square, London SW1, on
May 31, 2012 at 3 p.m. GMT.
Mobile Loyalty plc, the Frankfurt Open Market (M8L) and Aktietorget (MOBI
SDB) traded mobile advertising company, announces that a formal notice of
Annual General Meeting ('AGM'), to be held at 33 St. James's Square, London
SW1, UK at 3 p.m. on May 31, 2012, has today been posted to shareholders
and holders of SDRs.
Accordingly, as noted under Note 11 of the AGM Notice, as the Company is
registered in England, and in combination with the Company's international
shareholder base, international growth strategy, and international capital
raising efforts, the AGM will be held in London, UK as opposed to Malmo,
Sweden as previously communicated.
The notice of the AGM and the associated instructions and forms can be
downloaded from the Company's website at www.mobileloyalty.com.
