recorded a corporate hip hop verse for UVMF's up and coming Mix Tape project
called 'The Owners Box.' Lil Flip is a Houston rapper/ innovator, who gave
birth to top charting hits such as The Way We Ball, Game Over and Sunshine. The
rap mogul has sold over 8 million units and has sold more than 1 million
ringtones.

At one point he and rapper T.I. from Atlanta GA would go head to head in a
heated beef battle. Since then Lil Flip has been on a mission to reinvent
himself and now goes by the name of Flip Gates, 'the Hip Hop Billionaire.' Flip
Gates is expeditiously making big deals with top brands and has a stock
portfolio that is making him a top contender in becoming that ultimate Hip Hop
Billionaire.

After reading in a press release about UVMF's offer to give 1 Million Shares of
their Pre IPO stock to a top Hip Hop Artist to rap about corporate moves with a
