SEH Exhibits Again At IP EXPO 2012 In London

SEH Technology UK shows USB device servers and network printing solutions

(firmenpresse) - Bielefeld, Germany (September 19, 2012). – SEH Technology, the British subsidiary of German network specialist SEH, is among the exhibitors of this year's IP EXPO for the second time, showing the broad SEH product portfolio. The British IT event for end-to-end solutions takes place at Earls Court in London from October 17 to 18. SEH will place the focus on the company's myUTN USB virtualisation solutions for accessing almost all types of USB devices across the network. At the SEH stand G26, visitors will also find information about hardware-based solutions by SEH for the ThinPrint print management solution and ThinPrint Personal Printing by Cortado.
IP EXPO is an annual IT event in London. It features six technology zones: IP networks, virtualisation, cloud, wireless, storage, and security. A broad range of keynote speeches, workshops, and labs are also part of the event.
The focus of the SEH exhibit will be on the USB virtualisation solutions of the company's myUTN brand. These USB device servers enable the simple and safe use of USB devices across networks (USB over IP), including a number of management options (access rights, etc.). This product range also includes special solutions, such as the myUTN-80 Dongleserver for the safe management of hardware licence keys (dongles) via the network, myUTN-130 Scannerserver with lossless scan data compression, and myUTN-120 SDCardserver with additional SD card reader for SD card-over-IP. All SEH myUTN solutions can be used in environments with desktop virtualisation solutions (Citrix, VMware, Microsoft Hyper-V). SEH is both VMware and Citrix partner.
SEH will also exhibit its hardware solutions for the optimisation of the ThinPrint print management solution by Cortado. These include the new generation of ThinPrint gateways, TPG-25 and TPG-65 as well as the authentication device ThinPrint Reader TPR-10 for ThinPrint Personal Printing. The ISD Intelligent Spooling Devices by SEH can also be operated as ThinPrint Gateway for a larger number of printers. As these network printing appliances are really independent of ThinPrint, they offer many useful management functions for network printing in all scenarios without a full server or in networks where users cannot or do not want to print via the general server.
