Share issue price to be proposed at the Annual General Meeting on 23 May 2013
In accordance with and subject to the proposal of the Board of Directors,
published in the Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce on 30 April 2013 in
connection with the Annual General Meeting of Compagnie Financière Tradition SA
to be held on 23 May 2013 at 3.00 pm to approve the company and group accounts
for the 2012 financial year, the Board has proposed a dividend of CHF 2 per
bearer share.
The Board has proposed to give each shareholder the option of receiving this
dividend in cash or in new Compagnie Financière Tradition bearer shares (scrip
dividend).
To enable payment of this scrip dividend, the Board will seek shareholder
approval to increase the share capital, with an issue price set at CHF 44 per
share, calculated in accordance with the method described in the notice of the
above meeting (available on the Company's website: www.tradition.com).
