Exchange solutions, today announced the company and its Chief Executive Officer earned top honors in two major categories of the 2009 TechAmerica High-Tech Innovation Awards. Kofax won the Outstanding Public Company award and Reynolds C. Bish, its Chief Executive Officer, was named Outstanding Public Company CEO.
