As reported in a November 9, 2011 news release, Coronet retained the services of the legal firm Dorsey & Whitney LLP to serve as Coronet's Principal American Liaison (PAL) on OTCQX International. PALs provide listing services, continued guidance on OTCQX International requirements and information on U.S. market protocols.
The OTCQX International is the premier tier of the U.S. over-the-counter marketplace, providing easy access to U.S. investors to high quality companies listed on qualified stock exchanges such as Canada's Toronto Stock Exchange.
