Vanstar Announces New Interim President and CEO
(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwire) -- 12/29/11 -- Vanstar Mining Resources Inc. ("Vanstar") (TSX VENTURE: VSR) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Guy Morissette as Interim President and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation effective December 22, 2011. Mr. Morissette has extensive experience and an excellent knowledge of the company whicvh should benefit Vanstar in these difficult market conditions.
Mr. Morisstte will replace Mr. Martin Tremblay who submitted his resignation for personnal reason. We wish to extend our thanks for Mr. Tremblay's contribution to the company over the last months.
Mr. Morissette will continue to serve as Chairman.
