Appointment of Directors and Officers
Mr. Christopher Aiello has been appointed a director of the Company to fill the vacancy on the Company's board of directors.
Mr. Aiello graduated from University of Minnesota in United States. He had been working as the Managing Director of Centurion Global Capital Group Ltd. and Genesis Capital Management Ltd. which are the investment companies managing the hedge funds. And now Christopher is acting as the Advisor for The China High Growth Fund under due diligence with heavy emphasis on mining and resource companies.
In addition, Mr. Ning, Yat Hoi, a director of the Company, has been appointed the Chairman of the Company and Ms. Angela Woo has been appointed the Secretary of the Company.
