Brigadier Gold Announces Cancellation of Special Meeting

(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 12/30/11 -- Brigadier Gold Limited (TSX VENTURE: BRG) (the "Company") announced today the cancellation of the special meeting of shareholders (the "Meeting") scheduled to be held on January 30, 2012. As a result of discussions between the Company and the shareholders that requisitioned the Meeting, those shareholders have agreed to the cancellation of the Meeting.
