1. Rock Management Consulting Ltd. for the services of Mr. Todd Hilditch to act as Terraco's President and Chief Executive Officer;
2. ZyMin Corporation for the services of Mr. Charles Sulfrian, C.P.G., to act as Terraco's Vice President, Exploration; and
3. Sandstone Consulting Ltd. for the services of Mr. Bryan McKenzie, CA, to act as Terraco's Chief Financial Officer.
