Scutum Capital AG, Munich: The capital increase of up to 10.000 new shares
-without subscription rights to regular shareholders - which was already
announced by the management board and approved by the supervisory board,
has been fully subscribed and has been already registered at the commercial
register of the court in Munich in December 2011. The nominal capital of
the company has now increased to 310.000 shares. This transaction was
advised by Lang&Schwarz Broker GmbH, Düsseldorf.
The proceeds from both capital increases in the total amount of EUR
1.800.000 will mainly be allocated for the financing of the proof of
concept and for the following commercial development of the company.
The one-year construction phase of the first industrial Pyrolyx-reactor
plant, which took place on the premises of the co-operation partner Celsius
/ van Beek bv in Drunen/NL, is now completed. The test phase of all
sections of the plant has already started. In order to begin the regular
operational process soon, mechanical peripheral components and the software
are being currently fine-tuned.
Immediately after the successful start of the operation of the complete
plant, the output produced - recycled Carbon Black - will be qualitatively
examined by scientists. During the first and the second quarter of 2012,
numerous attrition-, endurance- and performance-tests are scheduled at
leading Carbon Black-, Rubber- and Tire-manufacturers.

technology, Zeppelin Systems, Friedrichshafen and Celsius / van Beek,
Drunen / NL.
With strained anticipation we are now looking at the start of the operation
and the following test results. Also in 2012, we will promptly keep our
shareholders up-dated on the latest developments'

environmental technology, especially one patent application and specific
process know-how. This unique, innovative process in the field of
environmental technology is aimed at commercially recycling valuable raw
materials such as Carbon Black, oil and gas from common rubber resins that
