Synergex Corporation Appoints Trustee in Bankruptcy Over Certain Subsidiaries
(firmenpresse) - MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 01/03/12 -- Synergex Corporation, announced today that it has appointed Schwartz Levitsky Feldman LLP as trustee in bankruptcy on December 27, 2011 over Synergex Solutions Inc. and Ditan/Synergex Canada Inc., (the "Assigned Subsidiaries") in order to effect an orderly liquidation of the assets, property and operations of the Assigned Subsidiaries. In light of the foregoing, the directors and officers of Assigned Subsidiaries have resigned.
