Horn Group Adds Senior Talent With Todd Cadley, Smita Topolski, Announces Senior Promotions

Rounding out the agency's senior leadership team are promotions of Kevin King to SVP in New York, and Vitor Souza to VP in San Francisco.
An experienced marketing and communications pro, Cadley joins Horn Group after eight years at EMC Corporation. While there, he managed marketing communications for its multi-billion dollar Global Services division and helped reshape internal, external and social media programs. Cadley is based out of Horn Group's New York office and is charged with helping oversee and grow the company's digital media, consumer Internet and enterprise technology portfolio.
Topolski joins Horn Group's San Francisco office with over 10 years of public relations and communications experience. Most recently, Topolski founded and was principal at Page Street Studio. She also worked for nearly six years at Hill & Knowlton, developing and managing marketing and communications programs for global brands such as HP, Yahoo, Qualcomm and LinkedIn.

Horn Group also announced the promotions of Kevin King to Senior Vice President and Vitor Souza to Vice President.
Since joining Horn Group in 2005, King has been instrumental in managing strategy and tactical execution for a number of key accounts, as well as helping oversee day-to-day client operations.
Souza, who joined Horn Group last year, has played a key role in driving agency growth with a number of notable client wins. He has also helped increase the agency's international profile, particularly through his work with the Oriella Network, an alliance of top communications agencies around the world.
