Altima Extends Term of Previously Issued Warrants

(TSX VENTURE: ARH)(PINKSHEETS: ARSLF)(FRANKFURT: AKC) announces further to its News Release of December 9, 2011 that on December 13, 2011 it received acceptance from the TSX Venture Exchange to extend the term of previously issued Warrants by one year as follows:
Other than this one year extension to the expiry date of the above Warrants, all other provisions will remain the same.
