M&A Advisor Rick Andrade Joins Calabasas Capital
(firmenpresse) - LOS ANGELES, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 01/09/12 -- Calabasas Capital, LLC, a Los Angeles-based boutique financial advisory firm that provides investment banking services to lower middle market privately-held companies, business owners and entrepreneurs with expertise in food and restaurants, consumer products and business services, today announced that finance industry veteran Rick Andrade has joined the firm as a managing director.
Andrade comes to Calabasas Capital with more than 25 years of experience as a finance executive and business consultant, having advised hundreds of company executives at every level on how best to maximize the value of their capital resources and improve the value of their company. Andrade began his Big Five accounting firm strategy-consulting career at Accenture and later moved to Cap Gemini Ernst & Young. Most recently he served as a managing director at Diamond Capital Partners.
