WCM made the decision to bring Clayton Gilman on board as Vice President of Business Development to provide better central US market presence and industry coverage, from the Tulsa, Oklahoma office location, and in further development of WCM Strategy in North America. His focus will be in mid-market companies in transportation, healthcare, energy, telecom and technology.

His 25 years of experience includes 3 boutique consulting and financial services firms and most recently he managed projects in turnaround, expansion and resource development resulting in new multi-million dollar a year contracts or simply sustaining company viability and profitability in tough economic times. He has managed Venture Capital Programs for a handful of small companies resulting in his largest funding of 20.3MM USD in transportation. This type of program is for busy executives who are engaged with day to day operations and administration and who have no time for managing short term intensive funding projects or programs.
