New Event Series, Called Tech Connect, Brings Together Multinational Corporations and Perspective Vendors to Establish Business Relationships


(firmenpresse) - SEATTLE, WA -- (Marketwire) -- 01/11/12 -- The (WTIA) (), one of the largest statewide associations of technology companies, IT departments and individual technology professionals in North America, announced it is accepting applications for a new event series called Tech Connect. These events will provide opportunities for companies and entrepreneurs to pitch their products and services to major industry players with the goal of establishing new business relationships.

At the inaugural Tech Connect event, being held on January 26, 2012 in Seattle, executives from HTC () will evaluate hardware and software innovators -- as well as market-ready products and services -- from select vendors. The deadline to submit nominations is January 13, 2012. Information and applications can be found at: .

"At its core, the WTIA is about supporting and facilitating business interactions between technology companies in Washington State and beyond," said Susan Sigl, CEO of the WTIA.
