LAMBDA Extends Project Engagements with A New Condoplex Monitoring Systems
Software Maintenance contract for Mira Villa Luxury Homes

to provide 24/7/365 maintenance service for Canada-based CONDOPLEX
Monitoring Systems (www.condoplexinc.com) and public areas security /
concierge services for the gated luxury condominium Mira Villa Summerlin
project in Las Vegas (Nevada).
Mira Villa is a luxury condominium community located in Las Vegas' Canyons
Village adjacent to JW Marriot Resort, Angel Park and TPC Las Vegas golf
course. Condos in Mira Villa range from approximately 2,075 square feet to
3,850 square feet with 2-4 bedrooms, a terrace, enclosed garage and private
elevators. Community amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center,
